Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026. This is an interim privacy policy published for the launch of the AKtetra corporate website. Client-approved legal copy required to replace it will be prepared and reviewed by AKtetra’s legal counsel. It describes only what this website actually does today, and it will be updated if that changes.

1. Who operates this website

This website is operated by AKtetra Technologies (“AKtetra”, “we”, “us”). This policy applies only to this corporate website. It does not apply to any product, system, engagement, or service that AKtetra provides under a separate written agreement, and it does not apply to any other website or application.

2. Information you provide to us

This website does not have accounts, logins, passwords, payments, file uploads, comments, or newsletter signup. The briefing form on the Contact page is a non-functional preview: it is not connected to any submission handler, recipient, or database. When the form is submitted, the page prevents the submission and displays a notice stating that no information was transmitted or stored.

Anything you type into that form stays in your own browser, is never sent to AKtetra, and is discarded when you reload or leave the page. Because the form does not transmit, AKtetra does not receive, see, store, or process what you enter. Please do not use the form to send confidential or sensitive information; it will not reach us.

3. Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It contains no analytics, advertising, remarketing, tracking pixels, session-recording, fingerprinting, social-media widgets, embedded third-party media, or third-party scripts of any kind, and it loads no fonts, scripts, styles, or images from third-party domains. Every page, stylesheet, script, image, and video is served from this website’s own address.

4. Browser storage used for interface state

The website uses your browser’s session storage for two interface preferences only: whether you dismissed the announcement bar at the top of the page, and a short-lived flag used to animate navigation between pages. Each value is a simple marker with no personal information in it. Session storage is held by your browser, is never transmitted to AKtetra, is limited to the browser tab you are using, and is cleared by your browser when that tab is closed. You can also clear it at any time through your browser settings.

If you arrive at the Contact page through a link that carries an area-of-interest value in the web address, the page uses that value to preselect a dropdown option. This happens entirely in your browser and is not recorded.

5. Technical information processed by our hosting and delivery providers

Like any website, this site is delivered by third-party hosting and content-delivery infrastructure. In the ordinary course of delivering a page, those providers process standard technical request information — such as the internet protocol (IP) address the request came from, the browser user-agent string your browser sends, the date and time, the address of the resource requested, the response status, and any referring address your browser chooses to send. This processing is a normal part of transmitting a web page and protecting the service against abuse.

AKtetra does not operate visitor analytics on this website, does not use this technical information to identify you, and does not use it to build advertising or behavioral profiles. Any retention of that infrastructure-level request data is governed by the providers’ own standard practices rather than by a period AKtetra has set; we are not stating a retention period here because we are not in a position to verify one. Counsel-approved language will address this in the final policy.

6. How information is used

Because the site collects nothing from you, the only information involved is the technical request information described in section 5, and its only purpose is to deliver this website and to keep it available and secure. AKtetra does not use information from this website for marketing, profiling, automated decision-making, or any other purpose.

7. Disclosure and service providers

AKtetra does not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information collected through this website, because this website does not collect personal information. The hosting and content-delivery providers described in section 5 process technical request data solely to deliver the site on our behalf. AKtetra may disclose information where required to do so by law, legal process, or a lawful request from a public authority — noting that, for this website, there are no form submissions, accounts, or visitor records in AKtetra’s possession to disclose.

8. Data security

This website is served over HTTPS, so the connection between your browser and the site is encrypted in transit. The site holds no accounts, credentials, or payment details, and — because the briefing form does not transmit — there is no submission database associated with it.

Beyond those specific facts, this interim policy makes no representation, guarantee, or certification about security, and it claims no regulatory compliance, audit, framework, or standards accreditation of any kind. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure.

9. Data retention

AKtetra does not receive or retain anything you enter on this website, because nothing is transmitted to us. Interface state in your browser’s session storage is cleared by your browser when the tab is closed. Infrastructure-level request data is held by the providers described in section 5 under their own practices, as noted there.

10. Children’s privacy

This website is directed to businesses and professional organizations. It is not directed to children, and AKtetra does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone through this website, including children under 13.

11. Third-party links

This website does not currently link to any third-party website. If third-party links are added in future, AKtetra is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and their own policies would govern your use of them.

12. Your choices

You can use this website without providing any information. You can decline to use the preview briefing form, and you can clear your browser’s session storage at any time through your browser settings. Because AKtetra holds no personal information collected through this website, there is no account to access, correct, or delete.

13. Changes to this policy

This interim policy may change, and it is expected to be replaced in full by counsel-approved language. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and material changes will be identified here.
